This project involves the combining and extending of an end-of-terrace and mid-terrace house to form one wheelchair accessible home for the Client. The interior space is opened up to allow free maneuverability for wheelchairs including appropriate kitchen work top heights, stair lift, and bathroom. A large sliding door allows access to an outdoor patio for al fresco dining, and a new glass box porch defines the new entrance to the combined property while allowing greater space for maneuvering on arrival.
